NIHON International is committed to protecting all confidential information shared by our clients, including but not limited to brand assets, design specifications, pricing agreements, order volumes, and business strategies.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all information exchanged between NIHON and its clients during the course of business, including digital communications, platform data, design files, and production specifications.

3. Information Protection Measures

We implement the following measures to protect confidential information: encrypted data transmission and storage, role-based access controls on our platform, secure production partner agreements with confidentiality clauses, and regular security audits of our systems.

4. Non-Disclosure

NIHON will not disclose client information to third parties without express written consent, except to production partners on a need-to-know basis for order fulfillment, or as required by law.

5. Supplier Confidentiality

Information about our manufacturing partners, supply chain, and production costs is proprietary to NIHON and protected under this policy.

6. Duration

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any business relationship for a period of five (5) years.
