1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NIHON International platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services

NIHON provides a platform for designing, producing, and delivering branded equipment and corporate apparel. All orders are subject to minimum order quantities, production timelines, and availability.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders require an advance payment to initiate production. Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the date of advance payment confirmation. Production timelines are approximately 120 days from payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their logos and brand assets. NIHON retains ownership of platform technology, designs created by NIHON, and proprietary manufacturing processes.

5. Limitation of Liability

NIHON shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, shipping carriers, or customs processes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic.
